FX – SPOT

Probanka offers you to buy and sell all major currencies (EUR, AUD, CAD, CHF, DKK, GBP, HRK, JPY, NOK, SEK, USD, HUF, BAM, RSD, CZK, PLN) under following conditions:

for the amounts up to €20.000 as per exchange rate of Probanka d.d.
for the amounts over €20.000 as per prompt rate on foreign exchange markets

The volume of FX deal is limited to the balance on your account with Probanka d.d. In case, that the settlement is made through the accounts with other banks, the volume of FX deal is limited to the height of FX line for individual bank.

FX – ORDERS

We offer you the monitoring of selected pair of currencies, and the execution of the deal at the favorable market rate. We also at request provide the information in case of valuable changes.

DEPOSITS

You could place the funds in Probanka d.d. in the next currencies: EUR, USD and CHF for any selected period of time. According to a prior arrangement you may place the funds with us in any other currency for the selected period up to one year. In that case the volume of placement should be at least €200.000 in equivalent sum of other currency.

The interest rate depends on the volume of placement of funds and interest rates on international markets for the selected period in time of closing the deal.

FX FORWARD & SWAPS

The conditions for forward and swap deals are as follows:

• min. amount for FX forward and swap deals is €50.000
• max. amount depends upon the approved limit with Probanka d.d.
• it is possible to make an FX forward contract for any selected date, which is at least three working days from contract date of maximum one year
• spot leg or swap deal is due at second working date after contract date, the second swap leg is due at arbitrary selected date, but no later than one year from the contract date
• the rates depends upon the rates on international markets at the moment of conclusion of deal
• FX forward and swap deals are possible in all major currencies (EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, CHF, DKK, GBP, NOK, SEK)

ASSISTANCE WITH BUYING OR SELLING SECURITIES

Treasury of Probanka d.d. offers you assistance with buying or selling Slovene or foreign debt securities. For trading with Slovene debt securities it is obliged to open a trading account with Central Clearing House (KDD). Probanka as a member of Central Clearing House could arrange for you everything you need for opening a trading account.

According to the prior arrangement we offer you information, analyses, reports and historical data's for foreign exchange markets, money markets, stock markets and other.
